When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name and business name, work email, phone number, location, the services and volumes you’re interested in, and anything you include in your message. We may also collect basic analytics such as pages visited and approximate location, via cookies.

We use your information for one core purpose: to match your enquiry with suitable third-party logistics providers and to follow up about that match. We may also use it to improve the service and to meet legal obligations.

Because we’re a matching service, we share the relevant parts of your enquiry with the vetted third-party providers we believe genuinely fit your needs, so they can contact you with a proposal. We only share what’s necessary, and only with providers relevant to your enquiry. We use Formspree to receive form submissions; their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms. We don’t sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online service is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your data to what’s needed to run the matching service.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing enquiries@superiorlogistics.com.au. If you have a privacy concern you can raise it with us first, and you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

We use cookies for basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may work less smoothly.
