What we do
Superior Logistics is an independent comparison and referral service. We introduce businesses to third-party logistics providers. We are not a freight carrier or logistics operator and we don’t handle goods.
We’re not a party to your provider agreement
Any contract for logistics services is between you and the provider you choose. We aren’t a party to it, and we’re not responsible for a provider’s performance, pricing, conduct or the quality of their services. You should do your own due diligence before engaging any provider.
No guarantee of outcome
We aim to match you with suitable providers, but we don’t guarantee that a match will be made, that any provider will quote, or that any particular result will follow. The information on this site is general in nature.
Your information
By submitting an enquiry you agree we may share the relevant details with vetted providers so they can contact you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to Superior Logistics and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with any provider introduced through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
